It watches, not just listens.

One room

One session. The scenario swaps.

A configuration picks who the AI plays, what each turn scores, and what you call it. Everything else is shared.

Drag either way

Two audiences

One session, read twice.

The learner sees what to do next. The educator sees who is stuck.

For educators

See who’s stuck, without running forty of them.

Write it in a line. Assign it. Read what came back.

Why believe the score

Every point is attached to a sentence you said.

It moves only when something specific happened — and the row names the sentence.

Structure · turn by turnMax +3 a turn · max −1 · a drop needs two turns
T1Nothing named — the score holds·
T2Nothing named — the score holds·
T3Named the read pattern before the index.+2
T4Nothing named — the score holds·
T5Gave a number without being asked to.+2
T6Two turns in a row without an assumption.−1
T7Chose one option and said why the other loses.+3
T8Closed on the trade-off it opened with.+1

Open a row and the recording jumps to that moment.

Starts at zero

0 means not shown yet. Nothing is deducted from a number you never had.

Asymmetric

+3 gained at most, −1 lost at most, and a drop needs two turns.

Nothing unsaid

A criticism only lands on a turn where it was said out loud.

Two models

The scorer reads the finished speech, so it can't credit itself.

Rhythm

It doesn’t correct you after every sentence.

Corrected eight times in a row, nobody remembers any of it. So: three turns that ask, then a checkpoint.

Whatever your people need to get good at — that conversation, scored.

Some conversations shouldn’t be scored. Those configurations switch it off.
